Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website iguanacomedy.com (the "Site") and purchasing tickets or any other products or services (collectively, "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"). 1. Ticket Purchases, Refunds, and Exchanges

• Ticket Sales: All ticket sales for live shows, events, or digital content ("Events") are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except as explicitly stated in this section.

• Refund Policy:

  • No Refunds Within 48 Hours: All ticket sales are final. Refund requests will not be honored if made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled start time of the Event. This policy is in place due to the nature of event planning, seating commitments, and performer contracts.

  • Event Cancellation: In the rare event that Iguanacomedy.com cancels an Event in its entirety, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. We are not liable for any other costs incurred (e.g., travel, accommodation).

  • Event Rescheduling: If an Event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within a specified window (typically 14 days) following the rescheduling announcement.

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, public health emergencies, venue closure). In such cases, our sole obligation may be to reschedule the Event or issue a credit, at our sole discretion.

• Processing Fees: All service and processing fees related to ticket purchases are non-refundable under any circumstance.

  
  

2. Prohibited Chargebacks and Account Termination

• Direct Resolution Required: If you have a dispute regarding a charge, you agree to contact us directly at support@iguanacomedy.com to seek a resolution before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.

• Zero-Tolerance Policy: Initiating a credit card chargeback or payment reversal for a transaction that you authorized, without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Consequences of Unauthorized Chargeback: If you file an unjustified chargeback, we reserve the right to:

  • Permanently ban you and any associated accounts from purchasing tickets or accessing any Services from Iguanacomedy.com in the future.

  • Pursue all available legal remedies to recover the disputed amount, plus any associated fees, costs, and damages.

3. User Conduct and Account Security
